By placing an order, the buyer signifies agreement to all these Terms of this Sales agreement in full.

In no event shall KEI be liable for any claim for incidental, consequential damages, or any injuries sustained due to the use of or improper use of products and / or kits purchased out of or in connection thereof with the manufacture, sale, delivery or use of any product in this web site.

We require a minimum order of $10.00
We accept payment either through "Paypal" or by direct bank transfer.
The order will not be sent until your payment has been cleared.
Orders are generally shipped via Fastway Couriers unless other shipping methods are requested (overnight delivery, etc.). All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Orders requiring shipping overnight will have an additional shipping and handling charge added for that delivery.
All special shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

If you receive damaged merchandise, discrepancies or wrong product, you must first contact KEI via email at orders@kei.co.nz within 7 days of receipt of your original order.
Specify clearly the reason for your refusal. We will exchange returned merchandise for same new merchandise, (no money will be given) within a timely manner once we receive the returned damaged items from you.
Proof of mailing is advised, as we cannot be held responsible for loss of the returned merchandise in mail transit.
All return postage, shipping / handling fees are non - refundable. The merchandise, including original packing and support materials like manuals, software should be included within your return.
Due to the fact that electrical components and kits may be damaged during assembly we do not accept any returns, or refund on purchases of any kits and related electronic parts. We are not able to offer any refunds, apply any warranty or accept
